The Society AI roadmap outlines the critical steps and milestones for scaling our platform, building momentum, and achieving long-term growth.

Here’s how we are structuring our journey:

December 2024: Mini App Launch

• Week 1: Begin executing a robust marketing strategy in collaboration with KOLs and Telegram TON ecosystem partners. Conduct a soft launch of the mini app to gather initial user feedback.

• Week 2: Officially launch the Telegram mini app with gamified onboarding, driving user excitement and early adoption.

• Focus: Attract users to the platform, foster engagement through gamification, and kickstart compute contributions to build the foundation for scaling.

December 2024 – 7 February 2025: Dynamic Airdrop Campaign

• Conduct the airdrop campaign in parallel with mini app activities to maintain consistent user engagement.

• Utilize a dynamic airdrop structure that allocates increasing rewards as more users join, with greater incentives for early adopters.

• Focus: Drive rapid community growth and engagement, rewarding contributors to incentivize active participation and ecosystem expansion.

Mid-January 2025: Node Sale

• Launch the node sales program through key partnerships with launchpads and node sale platforms.

• Offer both private sales and public sales, leveraging marketing and KOL activities to maximize visibility and demand.

• Focus: Boost adoption of compute nodes, ensuring a strong foundation for decentralized compute contributions.

Mid-February 2025: Token Generation Event (TGE)

• Conduct a public round (IDO) through launchpads, followed by exchange listings and liquidity pool deployments.

• Leverage the built-up momentum from prior campaigns to maximize adoption and liquidity.

• Focus: Utilize partners and KOLs to amplify market demand, driving attention and onboarding to the platform.

Post-Mid-February 2025: Post-TGE Growth Plan

• Gamify AI tasks like training and labeling via the mini app to encourage participation.

• Expand the ecosystem by enabling phones to act as compute nodes.

• Form partnerships with businesses and organizations to promote AI Hub adoption.

• Maintain gaming and community collaborations to sustain user acquisition.

• Focus: Scale infrastructure, expand partnerships, and solidify Society AI’s position as the go-to decentralized AI platform.
